Engine is cold
Engine temperature too high or too low while traveling. Check coolant level, radiator cap, temperature sensor, and thermostat.

Throttle potentiometer

Coolant sensor not reporting more than 160° after 8 minutes of engine running

CFI fuel control system fault or rich/lean condition indicated

Low engine temperature, possible thermostat fault.
